What is Witality®?

Witality® is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States. This constantly evolving, "life-changing" experience consists of various meditative and breathing techniques, rhythms, and intensities, going along with the ever-changing musical arrangements and expert guidance. It combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and reconnection to your heart, which often results in the intense emotional and physical release of stuck energy, repressed emotions, blockages, and unprocessed traumas.
